With summer behind us and now deep into Autumn, we’re excited to announce our Winter programme of Quiet Days, events and other activities.

New plans for day events, new paths for walking and new places to sit and contemplate, here at Treargel Retreats.

As you may know, our main goal at Treargel is giving guests time and space to Breathe Deeply. This got me thinking about breath.

This is Neo, our new golden retriever puppy. In his first week, he charmed guests with lots of cuddles.
